Support for DYMO M25 Digital Postal Scale

Dymo M25 Scale uses different endpoint from the default (LIBUSB_RECIPIENT_ENDPOINT instead of LIBUSB_RECIPIENT_INTERFACE), hence we need to find it in the device's configuration.
