IPENtool

A desktop application for eNotarizations.

Features

  • Open and sign PDF files
  • Converts text in PDF to images so it cannot be easily altered
  • Digital notarial stamp/seal images
  • Collect notary and other signatures with signature pad
  • Notarial certificate generator tool
  • Tamper-proof cryptographic PGP signature of notary
  • Blockchain timestamp of signing date and time
